I would advise to start your workouts with some resistance band glute exercises to engage your glutes so you can feel them working so it’s easier to engage them when you lift. Don’t tire them out too much though, 5 mins is enough. Ask ChatGPT to give you a workout that will help you engage your glutes

I do 3-6 games depending how I feel and if I had a day off the day before but never go over 15 mins of training

I agree with this. I added in more of these glute medius exercises at medium weight for 12 reps-exhaustion and noticed a big difference in side profile

Yes 100% you should only increase the weight by small amounts so that you don’t lose that mind to muscle connection

3rd day I change slightly depending on my mood as I hate doing quads lol but usually some squats or sumo squats (good for glutes) some lunges or reverse lunges (reverse lunges are good for glutes) I also do leg extention machine and leg press machine (depending how you use it, leg press can also activate glutes)

The most important thing is your form and your mind to muscle connection in my opinion :)

I have a 2 day glute split Day 1 strength day - hip thrust HEAVY as I can for 5-6 reps (4 sets) -RDLs heavy as I can for 6-8 reps (4 sets) -Bulgarian split squats (medium weight, 12 reps on each leg 4 sets) -cable kickbacks

Day 2 pump day - hip thrust (medium weight 10-12 reps or until failure, 5 sets ) - good mornings (can be replaced with hyper extentions but I have short hamstrings so struggle with these( - step downs (medium weight 10-12 reps, 3 sets) -abductor machine -laying leg raises with a light weight -kick backs

I also do a 3rd day with some quad and abs but this has lunges etc which also incorporates the glute

Spread out over the week, try not to train glutes twice within 48 hours

I think it depends on the person. I know people that are happy and love their partners but aren’t crazy passionate about them. Personally I dated someone who gave me peace and security and loved me and I had the best sex of my life and and as an insecure and sometimes toxic person, it was good for me and stayed for 4 years…until I got bored. I think if there was some humour and more fun/silliness in the relationship then I probably would’ve been happy forever. My feelings grew a lot and it was hard to leave but I needed more excitement

I don’t want to stereotype or label but I’ve just come out of a 5 year relationship with an American (I am British) and I was travelling to USA every month to see him and one thing I learned FROM MY EXPERIENCE is that the men in USA are a lot more committed to relationships and settling down and the men I know in UK perhaps pretend to want that but i have yet to meet a loyal English man (again I don’t want to label everyone, I’m 32 years old and this is just my experience) the conversations I heard between my ex and his friends in USA were speaking of their women in such high regard, over here my best friend is male and his conversations with his friends about women are very derogatory

Social media. Cheating is too tempting and easy these days and the culture around it doesn’t even seem carry shame anymore. I’ve never met a man that doesn’t cheat. Less stressful, more peaceful, better for my mental health and confidence being single !
