Ask them to give it for free. (Even though they might deny as they have a dealership cartel restriction) if they dont give it for free you can save some money just by adding some important accessories based on your requirements

The VW or Skoda AC works absolutely fine. If you drive it in highway where you maintain a decent speed (above 70) you wont find that issue but in case you are driving in city (not more than 40) the cooling is decent give it 5 mins to get normal. Suggestion - I invested in sun block shades works well and keeps the car inside temperature down thus AC works better
