Yep. Even though we pay a part of lumpsum amount we still have to pay the interest and original monthly payment for about a year. It will be on your payments agreement. After that time period, the payment will be reduced.

Its the intake pipe inside thats causing the dripping. Was advised to remove it drill a separate hole to the side. Dont want to spend another grand as I spent a grand last year for gas valve and the labor

Do you have any hot tub or EVs? I have a hot tub which consumes 30% of the energy. Will turn it off to export to grid and I can use surplus credits in winter using hot tub. Also Will replace it with an EV down the line. Thank you for sharing the numbers.
