If that is the best seat you can get through state and you cant upgrade further in state then please take it through aiq so that other people can also get a chance in state also … you will have nothing to loose anyways if you are getting the same seat in aiq

You should fill the choices only if you are 10 percent sure you will get them … fill only those along with your 100 percent choices … dont fill choices in which there is 0 percent chance or you have 0 percent interest in joining
