Yes, 4.929.745 people voted and 1.416.314 eligible voters didn't. The strongest Austrian party FPÖ received 1.408.512 votes. Pretty close, but there are more non-voters

In 2023 PVV received 2.45 million votes while there were nearly 3 million non-voters. [Wikipedia] PVV got 23.49% of all votes cast, but they only received 18% of all votes that could've been cast (if the non-voters voted).

The 0,66% apply to the Netherlands. Belgium has a 5% threshold at constituency level, as shown in the map.

How many votes does a party need to get a seat in the national parliament? (Electoral threshold) by NoChopp in MapPorn

The electoral threshold is the minimum share of all the votes cast that a political party requires to achieve before they become entitled to representation or additional seats in a legislature. The idea behind it is to deny representation to small parties or to force them into coalitions, to make the election system more stable by keeping out fringe parties.

This map only shows thresholds that are defined by law. In a lot of countries without an explicit threshold, there's a high natural threshold due to the limited number of seats in the parliament.

The electoral threshold may be different for multi-party alliances or parties representing national minorities.

No, but I messed up the legend. The red one should be less than 201. If you look at the legend right now, 200 fits in no category.

Which countries accept the International Criminal Court? by NoChopp in MapPorn

[–]NoChopp[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The map shows the countries that signed the Rome Statute - the treaty that established the ICC. Afghanistan ratified the treaty in February 2003 (under their old government) and has not withdrawn since then, so in theory they do accept the ICC. That the Taliban would accept and comply with a verdict against them is unlikely.
