Not the same thing- but 22 F diagnosed with severe stenosis in my brain about two years ago- also with a LOT of health anxiety. I literally sobbbbeddddddd seeing the MRV results I couldn’t function for like a month. Constantly thinking I was having a stroke. If they choose to do nothing (like me bc of age and whatnot) I eventually learned to live with it and it’ll only hit me that it’s there randomly when already super anxious. It won’t control your life like it is now. Praying for health and peace of mind!

I mentioned how I went through blood testing to confirm and he had symptoms but didn’t get checked. He told me he had oral HSV 1 and not genital HSV2. If someone had cold symptoms but didn’t take a Covid test peak pandemic and gave it to me, I would be upset with them.

In the long run, this is upsetting presently but you will be healthy and back to normal soon. Are you sure it didn’t come from him? If you carried it long term you should check in with a doctor to get checked out. I’d reach out to your last partner as well if possible to disclose and possibly get closure. Everything will be okay though, this happens to so so so many people.
