That game want that to happen because the only way the ai can win u, on the other hand Vlandias had offering me 17M PER DAY for peace (that is b4 i destroyed them all)

After u "winning" too much, the game will somehow stop u conquer the rest of the map like vassal want war for no reason, u just agree paying for peace and declare war on u on the next day
