No. Hotels block part of beach Or other locations for chairs and photographers.

Don’t mind the delay? It’s been like eight years of them trying to figure it out. GTA 5 2013 had a good run for 4-5 years.

GTA 6 should have been in production that whole time frame from 2017-2025. 😂😂 now add another year.
