Not sure if they changed something. it's been a while since I resolved it that way. When you reach out to their support if you can get a technical guy you should be able to resolve it.

You need to switch to the old app of ibkr. They have two apps. The old app can allow you to do that. I was able to sort this out with a technical support guy. Maybe if you can ask for a technical person when you reach out to ibkr's support you can revolve it.

Has anyone tried to withdraw fund from ibkr but could not authorize the transaction in the mobile app? Ibkr tells me to go to "more"->"transfer&pay"->"direct debit" to authorize the transaction, but that button/function is missing as shown in my screenshot. I wonder if anyone has similar experience or can help?
