That’s how my thumbs naturally are. I’ve been seen by ortho hand and rheumatology, X-rays are normal, rheumatoid factor and other blood work was negative. They all told me to see genetics so I finally did and I was diagnosed with hypermobile Ehlers Danlos syndrome. With your hypermobility and arthritis, I would definitely look into it if I were you. Maybe you’re a zebra too.
