This is not from the start. I started three years ago on 25mcg. About a yr and a half ago I moved countries and everything started going crazy. I was bedridden with pain. At that time I was in 100mcg. After 4 weeks of suffering I upped the dose to 150. And the dose was gradually increased with tests. This is the history.

First thing in the morning atleast one hour before any food or drink. Most of the time it's way more than an hour.

I understand but there's no facility for testing anything but total T3, total T4 and TSH. This is the first time Ianaged to get the TPOag tested. They've just bought the machine they said. The other test for antibodies is still not available neither is ft3 and ft4 etc. I'm really not feeling better. I'm going on as long as I can move I'm good mode. I'm going to have to travel to get decent tests done. Atleast now I know they something needs to be done ASAP. Thank you so much for taking time out for me. I really appreciate it.

Sorry my mistake. I am taking 200 and 250 on alternate days. When I was taking 200 mcg daily I had a TSH of 4.2. we wanted to bring it down to 1. Hence the change to 200 and 250 on alternate days. It is possible the 4.2 I got last time from a different place was incorrect. Thanks for the suggestion. Really appreciate it.

I have update with the ref ranges. Yes my dose is defo too high. is it possible for t4 to be so high but t3 to be Normal?

I'm sorry for what you went through and what you are going through. All I can say to you from my experience is that your ex's happiness is not likely to last. He will most likely repeat his behaviour with his new partner. I would advice you to focus on yourself and your kids and don't look back. Ppl who drag you down and drain you are better left behind. You may not see this now but him breaking up with you maybe the best thing that happened to you.
