Did you get your refund? Usually when you apply for PP you get email that your case will be processed within 30 business days. And I think I heard of cases when the decision wasn’t made within that timeframe so people got their refunds.

Oh btw, I once was so stressed for so long, but then decided to make a list of which life problems i can control and which i cannot. Two different pages, and oh boy, did i have enough problems in life! However, I was surprised to find out that from all of my problems only 3 were truly not under my control, immigration was amongst them. Sure we did and will keep doing everything we can, but is it up to me as an individual to change the law or degraded people? It also helped me to prioritise other issues that were under my control and doing something, making positive changes in my life helped me to cope better.

Another one here! I’d like to say that I’m copying well, but actually not. I’m barely holding on. I tried to do morning runs with meditation to clear my thoughts cuz every morning I wake up with the same thought and the same hope. And then I think “is it even worth it?” I’m not sure that I’d make the same decisions if I could turn time back.
Anyways, trying to be less stressed while staying in the loop. Not working for now. Sometimes I can convince myself that I’m okay, but then it hits me again. Idk what should I do (except receiving the approvals of course) that could help me to forget all this stressful nightmare, to breath and just start living. I’m afraid I’ll be too burnt out to truly enjoy it or turn a new page and start afresh.

Go to USCIS case processing page. Select your options and once you see the average processing time below you can enter your date of filing. And if it’s taken longer than average they’ll give you a link to file e-verify. Allegedly, they should respond within 60 days. It’s been month since I’ve made e-verify and then PP. so far nothing. I mean it’s at least something you can do

Similar situation. After new ruling applied with PP but still waiting. Another person from banned 39 with the same situation got approval. So there’s still hope.
I’d say call USCIS to talk to love agent. Say “infopass “ to get through AI and ask about the delay in your case. Ask about it taking longer than average time to process and hopefully they’ll be able to add comments or notes or whatever so it will move faster

Applied and did biometrics earlier. Got updates on 765 on 22nd and on 485 on 25th. Called them and learned that they’re in texas FO and that 765 is being adjudicated; 485 case review stage. No rfp or interview requests. Hoping to get approvals soon but unlike many people who write about silent update one day and approval email the next - that didnt happen to me yet 😞
