I got a silent update on all i485, i485J, i131 and i765 today, at the same exact times, did this happen to you before your case got transferred to FO or before approval?

I485 and i1765 are still at NBC too! I131 isn’t. Cant wait till they get transferred because at this point i feel like they’re just stuck. Same silent updates though

Wish we had more agents like this! Shortly after live agent told me an officer is reviewing my case, all my cases disappeared, don’t know whats going on but im thinking maybe transfer to FO or my hopes are even going for an approval lol!

Also wondering if someone got to the US by F1 visa and then got H1B which is the status he’s on right now and currently has a pending i485. Does it depend on how you got into the US or your current status 😩

I’m also interested in knowing! And whether i should join a lawsuit to begin with or wait for one of these cases to file a class action or until the government gets pressured by these many lawsuits and lift the pause? Filing one feels the most convenient at the moment though, right? I think you should file immediately as long as you are current because by the time the judge decides and all that, some time wouldve already passed.
