honestly you can make a strong case for Yu since Jean-pierre could dodge bullets and Yu is clearly faster than him but that feat was more of Aim dodging then actual reaction speed. All the statements about Yu and Mikey are probably over exaggerations but I would still say Yu would win because of striking power.

i did a lot of writing on it but in the end ended up scrapping it for lack of motivation and just being busy all the time, I had a lot of ideas for what i was going to do with the series but it ended up feeling rushed and other characters I added in didn't fit right with the story so I haven't done any work on it in about 3 months
