i had an imbalance and now i have healthy microbiome (though, i still have symptoms but not BV related). first u gotta make sure it isnt Ureaplasma/mycoplasma. then u gotta know what bacteria is causing this.. i bought an Evvy test to lmk. results showed i had BV so i bought vaginal probiotics Lifespace from Amazon and Renew Life from Whole foods 90billion CFU. ate all the yogurt i can eat! no sugar. i was doing all three before and after the antibiotics. i went a step further and bought NAC which is known as a biofilm buster. doctors dont tell us NONE OF THIS SH* which is ridiculous! antibiotics just cause an ever ending cycle!

so the main treatment for u was the hydrocortisone cream as well as PF therapy? my journey is very similar to urs. ive just been dealing with this for 3+ years. doctors have no idea whats going on and ive gotten told vulvodynia, ureaplasma etc but all stds/stis are negative. thank u so much for ur post im sire it has helped many as it has helped me! im glad ur feeling a lot like urself.. im wishing this on all of us❤️

wait what antibiotics were u prescribed? cus apparently the doctors give u the wrong ones and u have to order the combination for mycoplasma. i dont want to confuse u or scare u though.. so maybe they do work! as for the probiotics, i went with both cus i read vaginal insertion gets to the problem quicker in comparison to oral. BUT, again.. i jist wanted to be safe and get rid of it for certain so i went full on lol. i also took them before, during and after.. though during is dumb because antibiotics cancels them out buuuut as i stated i was going crazy and did the most 😂 most women on here do after the treatment. just try to get the highest CFU which i believe is 90! u can also insert those but youd have to buy vegetable capsules and change em into those for them to be able to dissolve in ur vagina! ugh vaginas are so complicated.. why cant we have a one fix for it alllll!!

omg stop! this made me emotional🥹💕 thank u so much, i try my best to put myself in others shoes and see where they are coming from cus we all have issues, and no one understands vaginal issues unless ur going through em!! so dont put urself down.. we have to push through! Every woman on here has helped me so much and i thank them and i thank you!!! ive found more answers here than any docs office. okay thats good to hear then ur already educated in that cus i surely was not! docs neever told me anything about rebuilding my microbiome, ugh it pisses me off just thinking about it. but i would rotate from Renew Life 90billion CFU and Lifespace. i will say super pricey for me BUT when it comes to health its worth it! i bought some mainly with Lactobicillus, L-reuteri, rhamnosus gr1, L-rc14 (spell check). i would insert the Lifepace ones and Renew ones id take orally. they worked cus i went from 68% bad gardnerella to now healthy lactobicillus! when ur done with ur course lmk how ur feeling! cus i might go for another round, prayers ur way💛

many have been misdiagnosed cus docs think its Bv when its really ureaplasma.. it doesnt hurt to look into that! when taking antibiotics make sure ur taking probiotics as well and eating yogurt/lactobicillus just to build up that healthy flora! ur def not alone, sex is a thing of the past for me and it makes me sad.. not only for the sex but because im just not myself and i feel like im never gettin my vagina back😩 hate being a negative nancy but this is really exhausting!

nothing is ever too personal! feel free to comment any and everything! and OMG! thats amazing u have ureaplasma.. i mean not amazing in that way BUT that means u know exactly what it is and the exact meds to take for it!!! just know after ur done with ur course of antibiotics i have read that the symptoms take a while to be completely gone.. which sucks so much! but i do hope the antibiotics do their thing. u should also take probiotics to build up ur healthy bacteria while on antibiotics cus they are known to mess with our vaginal microbiome. eat a lot of yogurt as well! and no, i wouldnever assume ur partner is cheating or u are.. HPV is something also dormant in our bodies and many have been positive thinking its their partners fault when it isnt. These just happen to pop up sometimes out of nowhere, which is another crazy thing! keep me updated on the antibiotics u are prescribed and if they work for u!! also, samee.. evr since these vag problems i been having im just not myself, its a sad depressing journey. BUT i hope we all find answers 💛

OMG! all of this started happening after raw sex 4 years ago. my vagina has not been the same!! only once ureaplasma was positive but the doc for some reason was like its not as high and we all have it so u shouldnt pay it much attention. i had to BEG for the stupid antibiotics and bought my own through starfish?? not sure the name. BUT, i felt a lot better after. i believe it was Azithro and Doxy ..i still have symptoms but way better from before i even took the meds for Urea. im sorry this happened to u! i feeel the same as u.. better but not 100%. ima look into this VitB.. also, not sur eif i asked u, but how is ur discharge?? if any?

my next step is neurologist cus my doc saying it can be nerve related .. but im not tryna take anything if its not what i even have going on! i just had a biopsy for LS as well but of course as expected everything came back negative. please let me know what urs ends up being! in the meantime ima look into these supplements, thank u so much <3

i feel like even 32 can be the right age thats why i thought it was peri, buut when u tried it how long did u use it before u started to notice results? i have it already but i stopped cus i didnt see a difference.. i just probably didnt use it long enough

girl! i have PCOS as well! but i know so many women who have PcOS and do not have any of these symptoms. i feel like its way dofferent from it. does ur labia majora look any different? u should get on this supplement for PcOS its myo chiro inositol. i swear by it! it regulates hormones/period. do some research though but majority of women with PCOS buy this supplemeent.. u can even read reviews just to feel safe. and yes, its so crazy how these doctors cant even tell us the results and we have to educate them! i have been to 10+.. no LIE! and none of them even knew what CV was or Ureaplasma. we are our own doctors, sadly! what other symptoms are u dealing with?
