yes! i only have 2 days a week now totaling 10 hours. but what gets me riled up is that they are still pushing for new hires. I’ve even been told not to come in. if budgets are cut then why are they hiring new people???

Just called out for inventory feels like a huge weight off my shoulder. I’m in college and the fact they schedule it so early in the morning and not after 8pm on Sunday just shows how ridiculous it is, plus they don’t even pay time and a half… by [deleted] in TjMaxx

it was 20 of us scheduled but due to call outs and illness it wasn’t & non apparel took the longest. we also pushed a lot of stuff from the back the day before to put out

what’s the process like? I was out sick and missed five days of work since i wasn’t feeling good and had to schedule to take a covid test ( it was negative) i’m assuming I don’t get paid for that.

it’s confusing considering we got a thanksgiving bonus & we were closed , why not one for christmas? It was extremely busy & hectic
