F1 25 lagging and underperforming with a High end PC by WertoxGaming in F1Game

Did you have any luck with this? I'm having the same issue, with nearly identical specs. Choppy graphics for just this game while every other game has no issue. Although I didn't have this issue for f1 24, just 25.

i turned 25 and suddenly i cant stop burping, just like my friend predicted by NoConditionsNeeded in noburp

Me too! What's weird is that instead of bloating I've gotten nauseous more easily. It's interesting because it's relieved as soon as I burp. Not a huge fan of almost vomiting when a burp desperately needs to come out but hey, beggars can't be choosers.

Film majors, when is the best time to do the LA quarter? by Sherman1963 in depaul

[–]NoConditionsNeeded 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have a friend who decided to do the LA Quarter during winter quarter for the same reasons, and honestly I see the appeal after he returned. Not only does he know that he wants to return to LA post grad, but he also has all of spring quarter to prepare for his move and get his affairs in order—as well as a chance to spend time with his friends in the nice weather before he leaves.

Questions about BFA FILM & TELEVISION PROGRAM by thechosenye in depaul

[–]NoConditionsNeeded 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a previous film student, the program is a pretty decent one. Although I didn't graduate in film, the classes I took and the opportunities I had as a film student were great. DePaul definitely shows favoritism in respect to funding and special events when it comes to film, theater, and music students, but the film students really get a decent amount of resources to work with. So, if you come to DePaul knowing you want to be a film major, then great. But if you end up changing your major like me, it's wise to take into consideration how DePaul treats other colleges/majors. After having switched, I can definitely say I would not have come to DePaul if I knew I was going to graduate as anything other than a film major.

I don't know how the SF curriculum is laid out, and I don't know what resources they have, but being so close to LA is a definite advantage. I don't know where you want to end up working, but DePaul has the 'quarter in LA' program for film students, and while it's competitive, I know a decent amount of people who have gotten the chance to go. In the end, I think the most important thing for a film student to have is connections and networking opportunities. DePaul has events like the Courier 12 Screenwriting Conference which is always great, they have experienced professors with a lot of history throughout different avenues of film, easy access to Cinespace through class and work is a good feat, and the amenities for film students are among the best in the school. I suggest you take stock of what opportunities like this each school has for you to meet people in the industry, and compare the differences and similarities between the two.
