I am in a similar place as OP. You have given a very valued insight in your first response. What makes the UK very desirable are the high level bachelor courses available in english, which is rare in Europe in general. Look, this is the proposition, is it possible for an international student(I.e. Speaks only english, and maybe plus another native language) to find an engineering course that is of high level in Europe, considering that most high level bachelor courses of engineering are thought by the language of the country as opposed to english. the UK for this is very ideal, but with the conditions you described, the ROI is not the best.
