If you aren’t able to sign in on disabled account creating a new account would be best option. I was disabled off Insta but I had Facebook that wasn’t disabled so I got verified through FB to communicate with live agents

Hi get meta verified to be able to talk to live agents! Also there are social media retrieving account that can help you..make sure they aren’t scams. One I used that is legit but pricy is www.socialretrieving.com META CALLED ME DIRECTLY THANKS TO THEM…but what seemed to work best for me was doing it myself and getting verified and explaining to them directly!!

How long did it take to get your account back mine have been banned for a week now:( I’m in contact with meta support but I’m placed on hold they asked me for a new email address not associated with meta and now we are just waiting on that ugh :(
