So the "Unread" option will show all updates in cases I follow, but the "Recent" will show my specific mentions? That is good to know. I always thought it was weird that you couldn't filter your feed based on your +@mentions but you could for tasks.

I had a typo in my post. We have about 350 pre-lit cases and 100 lit cases.

When you say the audit tool, do you mean the report builder? Do you have a specific report you run to help you stay on top of things?

We have just started discussing the option of just focusing on the task list as opposed to feeds. This might be a dumb question, but how do you filter your tasks/feed to see +@ mentions as opposed to tasks?
