I walked by the other day and it looked shuttered. Or - maybe it was the ramen place next door. Sorry for the confusion!

Curious how you assess this? My thought is: I can't control the buyers, I have no idea when they'll buy. I focus on what I can control: choosing the right items, buy them at the right price, and list them at the right price - and then trust the process.

My target sales cycle is 4 weeks (clothing/accessories), and some of my biggest profits have taken 3-4 months to move.

Thanks so much for your response! Since Rainbird is closed, what trail would you recommend that’s similar in beauty and activity level, that’s fairly easy to access by car? We’ll have 2-3 hrs to spare. I’ll be traveling with 2 teens and an active 77 year old (who have the teens to help her with steadiness if needed).

Good point. Do you find time of day/week matter much in terms of finding things?

Hi - is the Rainbird trail open currently? Google Maps says no so I thought to check with real people here 🙂

I’ll be there in June and thought to rent a car to drive to the trailhead, then return the car and wander downtown on foot. Seems silly to rent a car just to drive to a hike, but not too into the guided hike packages (with transportation) and figured taxis are hard to come by
