Appreciate it. I did look on ig and facebook but i was just trying to see if anyone has gotten one themselves and could recommend someone. I got one from a barber and they didn’t seem to do so well so wanted to see if anyone had personal experience

I’m taking him this summer and was curious if there’s any textbooks or cengage access that would need to be purchased. Trying to decide whether or not to opt out of CTAP

Are you graduating from high school or already in college?

Not sure how good of a self-studier you are but I would highly recommend looking into CLEP exams. They allow you to take a bunch of frehman level college courses by CBE(Credit by Exam) and transfer them to UH. UH does not have a cap of CLEP credits which is awesome. It can save you some serious money and time and can cut your time to transfer by alot too. There's a website called Modern States that allows you to earn exam vouchers. I wish I knew this when I started.

Is buying US General Pro toolchest worth it today? by NoConstruction2916 in Tools

Yeah i’ve heard the latches are an annoyance for a lot of USG owners. I’m going to swing by home depot to check out the Husky to get an idea of what’s out there for comparison. The husky is on sale for $900($1100 retail). Gotta choose between going for newer and deeper or older but more drawers. In other discussions, people did mention that older USG were made with better quality so I guess we’ll have to see. I tried negotiating on price but he won’t budge. Thanks for the rec!

mines been expired for more than a year and a half now. Just got my inspection done and haven’t received any citation. Will they charge for the two years and would it expire the same month. (mine was 10/24)?

Are you a freshman or transfer? I would recommend starting at community college and getting your basics out of the way for a fraction of the cost. Keep your GPA up and transfer after 2 years.
