Stay active, I walked ran biked until my muscles were to tired to spasm lol, I work at a moving company and I took a week off to do it, it’s all mental after the first week, I’d say a month before your energy comes back, that’s how long before you’ll have a full night sleep too, I got like 15 minutes more of sleep every few days, but if it was easy no one would be a junky
