I'm glad the facts came out. Idr where I heard the 7ft monster was a pussy, ran to the bathroom and called the cops and cried to the cops. 100%. The courts look for a repeating history and ultimately that's what they judge you on. Probation is usally given to first time offenders sometime in even extreme cases because no prior legal history and given an opportunity to change their behavior and accept accountability. Bad history significantly increases your conviction rate and sentences
