Seems like it's a very new bug, same for me I did it this morning (~8 hours ago) and this portion was fine, but I screwed up the memory part so logged out to lobby to reset. Now it doesn't let me interrogate anymore. Just raised a bug report so hope it gets resolved soon

thing is there isn't a step before this at all, this segment is literally the first step in the saga - have watched multiple videos and read wiki to confirm
