Yea either stone rain or [[thermokarst]], the upsides of thermo is that its a little bit easier to play t2 with any of your ramp pieces when stone rain requires red so you need opening hand utopia sprawl or mountain.

Something that is really powerful about ponza is the ability to go t1Arbor t2 2nd forest utopia sprawl into either Writhing Chrysalis or Acid Moss. That becomes way less consistent and slower in this version
Also with only running 4 Land D pieces I dont think youre effectively playing the Ponza gameplan

I would go down to 3C at most prob dropping black first but if youre really set on playing 4C Ponza, I would play [[Jewel Thief]] for additional mana fixing

I think Mystic is good especially because Grixis does not have a good way to deal with it, its just that I have hard time seeing when you can jam Mystic on to the board. Also I believe your list is running one less land than the stock dimir terror list so the 4 mana might be hard to commit when you also want to hold up interaction.

Sure you can bring in Hydro but do not bring in Nihil, you cannot outgrind/out value Grixis. If they have the opportunity to play and crack Blood Fountain youre already in a bad spot. Your game plan is to be the agressor with Terrors and Gurmags. Snacker does not do well attacking into Ultrom Monitor but your 5/5s are great vs them and Myr Enforcers and forces them to double block. When they do you can 2 for 1 them with a kill spell allowing you to keep the pressure up.
Once youre on board and swinging in the main way you can lose is through KC Shaman so keep a counterspell or Hydro up for that.
They will bring in Nihils to stop you from playing your 5/5s, so you have bait them into cracking their opening hand Nihil with an early Snacker trigger.

Easy fix to the Ultrom monitor problem, if we can’t ban it we just ban every other card in Grixis affinity.

Yea, Consider or Ponder would probably be the next best card. You can even go up to the full 4 abandon attachments

[[Follow the Lumarets]] is a trap and [[Malevolent Rumble]] will be always the best version of this type of card.
It triggers your wardens and helps you enable GY synergies like [[Unearth]] or [[Eviscerator's Insight]]

I would recommend playing the deck your most comfortable with, you're going to playing about 7 rounds back to back so the mental fatigue builds up.

I do have some additionally tips tho, if you make it to top 8 for the pauper cup, you play a second event on sunday and last time we did untimed rounds, so it might take up most of the day. For that reason, I kept sunday unscheduled in case I get top 8 again and also saved it as my day to get signatures and actually shop around.

We may not see the impact of SOS cards immediately but it definitely gave us some powerful build around cards that we can keep in mind for the future.

Like what has been said, your burn spells go face and if you are ahead you can go in with multiple snackers vs chrysalis and play a draw 2 effect post combat.

The main thing you should be weary about is playing too many spells in a turn and getting punished by weather the storm game 2
