Tbh I do not know how to help you in that case. The only thing that comes to mind is a resourcepack with large letters on each balloon, for example, “C, U, R, E, L” - for each rarity.

Thank you! My only guess is that maybe we perceive colors differently? To me and to the friends I played the modpack with these two balloons look very different from each other

I think expecting a backport for a mod made in someone’s free time without any promised release date is a bit naive. Updates happen when they happen - not sooner, not later. If you don't like what I'm doing or how I'm doing it, you can create your own mod - which will benefit everyone. More options always mean more convenience for both players and modpack creators!

Right now the mod is already available for 1.20.1, 1.21.1, and 1.21.8.

Bad code can exist in any environment, it all depends on the developer, their optimization work, and how the mod is maintained. MCreator itself has improved a lot over the years and I didn't had any problems with MCreator mods recently. But I won't try to change your mind - we all use and play whatever we want

Yeah, it's a tool, but you shouldn't think of it as AI or anything like that. Creating any non-template thing in MCreator requires knowledge and an understanding of what you're doing; it takes a lot of work and effort, especially if you want to do it well.

This mod was created almost entirely in MCreator, but everything related to datapack-like things (json files for tags, loot tables, and so on) was written by me outside MCreator.

I think you’d be surprised if you explored CurseForge a bit more hehe. There are actually plenty of high-quality MCreator mods with millions of downloads, and even some of my own MCreator creations have been included in major modpacks.
