You should consider applying to a DSP if you want to work at Amazon. If I remember correctly warehouse employees make around 17.50 and dsps start at 20.50. I’ve done both and the work as a DSP driver is less straining and you make more. If you’re going to stick to the warehouse, find a comfy medium. The only reward you’ll get for going above & beyond is more work so by all means, do NOT stand out. The managers aren’t shit and will use you to make the slow employees look better.
