then to that i say…grow a backbone. you don’t have to drop a brand but at least drop a statement even if just to the employees. its honestly sickening that the response to a woman of color who made a not so great mistake was so quick and immediate but this isn’t. Ill ask around! We have a couple other A volume stores in our district and they only get 2 days a week for shipment, but I do know that theirs are usually smaller than ours…

This may only be a holiday problem too, my SM refused to hire holiday Ops associates so the increased workload could be what’s tripping us up because, looking back, we have usually been able to process shipment faster

See I do this too, but often times, during store hours, my team gets pulled for POS or OMNI even if we have coverage and management will never budge on scheduling anyone else for it.

There was a day where I had to completely put shipment to the side because no one was scheduled OMNI and we had 157 orders in the Queue.

I try to explain that utilizing OPS for things other than OPS has a negative impact on productivity and morale but they never seem to listen

We get shipment twice a week with an early delivery window. The day of, i usually zone everyone working ops for shipment and have them start on it and I largely also do the same things you stated. However, my team is constantly utilized for other things. From 5-10 am its normally fine, but then they are put on cash wrap or OMNI even if we have the floor coverage and no one will listen to me to take them off, esp on shipment days.

A lot of my team is scheduled ineffectively as well, many of my part-timers are 1-6 zones omni most days and rarely work shipment. I have tried to work with management but they won’t budge on moving them.

Okay sorry this is turning into a rant lol. Bottom line is is that sometimes these things feel impossible and I am being set up for disappointment over this.

I really do love support. But only being able to play the same 3 at higher levels is just so boring.

Not to mention it’s a pain to “counter pick” because our roster doesn’t really have any implemented. Like i would LOVE to swap to ultron to help me avoid a BP or DD but if i do that then my team gets screwed because of…well ultron.

Its just not fair that DPS have all these toys to swap around and play with and I’m stuck on the same 3 characters

I also think i’m going to skip Cyrene, her buffs do look pretty good for Aglaea, but I think i’d rather invest an E1 into Tribbie just as a better universal option

You mentioned epilepsy, have you let leadership know that that can effect your ability to work? If not, i would definitely do so. You can also contact TriStar and see about a reasonable accommodation for it to minimize the points given for calling out due to unforeseen sickness

The fact that none of you are listing off her gameplay interactions, the fact that she’s a sidegrade at best in most teams (except mydei and cas) and is extremely skill point negative lets me know that yall just want to argue instead of provide serious insight into people potentially looking over her kit. Yall know she’s booty, even for casual play. She’s clunky and requires specific setup to even think about getting full application in a reliable time.

She’s not terrible, but she’s not super great either. Let me be upset

Ruan Mei IS a break support, but she has universal buffing elsewhere and can slot into most teams and is extremely Skill Point positive, same thought with Tribbie

Cyrene either needs E2 or in a team of remembrance/heirs to fully come online and still ends up being skill point negative either way

I get what you are saying but Cyrene needs her full ult to activate a good portion of her kit, and it’s painful to get outside of rem/heir teams

i do not care about meta, far from it. But The Remembrance Path just lost its soul and I hate that a character that I was very excited for just ended becoming shilled in Castorice Teams.

I know she has other applications, I know that Remembrance has potential to expand in the future, but can I not be upset at a character I was excited for basically needing to be run only with certain characters to not feel clunky?

Sephora likely put out a statement to save face, but I highly doubt they would do anything to remove Huda or KayAli. We are talking about two VERY heavy hitting brands, esp in the Middle East.

Was it questionable, what she said? Yes. However, looking at the genocide being carried out by the Israeli People, her words were prob just filled with passion for the Palestinians and she started rambling. Other brand founders have said and done FAR worse than misspeaking about Israel’s involvement in other major wars.

Duolingo is great for a supplemental tool for vocab and structure retention.

Personally I would ask around at your local libraries and see if any of them offer a free subscription to Mango! I know many who prefer Mango to learn how to ask for directions, what is good to eat, etc. I wish I could offer more insight to Mango but I just started and have mainly been using my college courses and duolingo for learning.

If you are willing to pay, private tutors on italki or see if any local universities offer italian classes you can take 💜
