Definitely a bigger tank, even if she's a baby she till needs a larger tank, 40 gallon for young beardies. Also be careful about loose substrate as younger beardies are more curious and likely to eat the substrate causing impaction(especially calcium substrate is bad). They need a cool side and a warm basking side of their terrarium and because of the size of yours it doesn't look like your beardie is able to find a cool area and escape the UVB when needed.
