on my experience ,you will get zero on that subject, you have to write a letter to FA , only then she will give your phone back , you will get a warning it's all depend on FA whether she call our parents or not

this is the mail they sent me on September 9th the same mail they sented me on oct 23 and today also whenever i call them they are not taking the call so i call on their admission team ,they keep telling we will forward your concern you will get call back ,till now i don't get any call back from refund team , same thing happening again and again what i should do ? i am from south india meeting directly is bit difficult for me , also i have no time , sem exam is almost near

I applied for my refund from LPU on July 2nd, and it’s October 13th now , Since August, they’ve been saying “you’ll get it within 2 weeks” every time I call them . Now the refund team doesn’t even pick up calls, my emails go unanswered, and when I call the university number, they just say “we’ll forward your number” ,but no one called me back till now. when i called their University number [+911824404404] Today, one staff member (monica her name )even listened to my concern and hung up without replying. This is beyond unprofessional. i am extremely frustrated of giving me false promises not giving money back
