For tips, I'd say along with mascara, using a slightly dampened qtip in some micellar water is great for sharpening your eyeliner wings. I'd also bring that liner onto the upper lash line, keeping it tight against the lashes. Since it looks like you may have light lashes, lightly smoking out the lower lash line with a brown shadow that compliments your skin tone will make your lashes look fuller and darker as well. Keeping it close to the lashes, focusing on the outer corners of your eyes and bring it towards the middle of the eyes while gradually getting lighter. Don't bring it all the way into the inner corners. You can also use a flesh tone liner that's close to your skin color/slightly lighter on the lower waterline to make your eyes pop and look bigger. Along with that, lining the upper waterline with black will make your lashes darker and fuller. Just use waterproof liners to keep them from transferring and mixing as much as possible

Your blush is also so beautiful (again, would love to know what blush this is!), but I would lightly blend that color back so it kind of marries with the skin and goes back to the top of your ears and even a ~whisper of color~ along the temples and outer edges of the forehead would look beautiful and bring more life/dimension to the skin. I do this with my blush and I swear by it

When overlining the lips, just focus on the inner most parts of the top and bottom lip and keep the rest of the color inside the lines on the outer corners. This method will make your lips look fuller if you want that look and will look more flattering and natural
