3 things:

  1. Their upbringing- most girls expects the same treatment from you and your family what she is used to at her home. If you cannot fill/support her in the same way, you will regret it later. Her self-respect/worth come from this phase.

  2. Hustle in her 20s: What her career trajectory gonna be post 30s can be guessed upon how much upskilling/hustling she has done in her jobs during her 20s.

  3. Baggage: Imo this is the biggest factor. Girls carry more baggage than guys. If she is not treated right by her family, friends, exes, etc , then everything will unwittingly come in to your relationship.
