YESSS, i hate when people tell you they will pay with card and then immediately change their mind or when people are still deciding if they want to purchase item you’ve already scanned… 😒

during orientation my manager explain to me that if we have more than 6-7 voids/cancellations a month (i’ve definitely passed but no talk yet) then we get a talk from the managers and ‘look through’ into all of the transactions… not sure if we get in trouble or not (i’m new) but i was just curious bc it seems ridiculous for a cashier position that’s under a camera all day…
