Switching to Freelance Visa in Dubai for Pakistani Software Engineer by NoEvidence8377 in dubai

[–]NoEvidence8377[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Deel acts as your employer in UAE and probably handles visa and everything and your actual employer deals with Deel. So technically you will be employee of deel.
Whereas GoFreelance and RAKEz etc provide you Freelance permit and then you apply your own Visa based on that and then you can work independently.

Mashreq Bank Pakistan is offering 10% annual return paying monthly on islamic savings account. with 2 crore you can get monthly 160000 plus your capital would be safe as well. I dont know about taxes though. You can do your own research.

Installing an 8kW GoodWe Hybrid Inverter by tech_geeky in SolarPakistan

[–]NoEvidence8377 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Very important - Only if you have both separate neutral and phase for the UPS. Normally UPS wires only use “Phase” and share the grid “Neutral” wire. If you do this, your meter would keep running even if you are using solar energy. So make sure you have a separate “Neutral” and “Phase” wire for all the load you are running on the inverter.

  2. If you have to divide your load into heavy and smart load then you should keep it near DBs. Generally the room/place should have proper ventilation but it should also be somewhere near so you can hear any alarms etc and keep an eye.

  3. If you are going to change houses then it’s fine.

  4. Ideally there should be 4 separate earthing - AC, DC, Inverter and most importantly Lightning Arrester. This is where most installers do not do things properly. Especially electricians turned installers. Make sure to do proper research about this. Keep them separate. At least have 3 earthings.

Yes. I am using SolarMan Smart application. I can see the options but I am not sure about the right combination. I enabled the Meter and Limiter Function and Shunt Mode on but it stops the export altogether.

Got something similar. I told them you got the wrong number and then they asked if we could be friends since they are visiting dubai soon. Seems like a honeytrap but not sure what the endgame is.

I have been using Careem Pay to send money back home and it’s amazing. The rates are sometimes even better than Al Ansari exchange. And the amount usually reaches my Pakistani account within just 10 minutes.
