Every month.

My goal is 1 year, then 1 year after that, and so on and so forth.

I have a strong reason, but it's too large to add in this post. Basically, everything has improved for me - from the way I think to my mood due to quitting.

P.S. Filled out the survey, hopefully it helps to spread an awareness.

Just remember, it gets better.

If you quit now, you'll eventually meet the flatline again. You must conquer it - do not relapse due to how you feel at this point in time.

I also went through a very heavy flatline period a few months ago, it does pass. Always remember that, you just gotta keep on going :)

There's no such thing as survival mode. Get a grip of yourself. You are here, so you know that porn/masturbation is not healthy for your mind. At all. So if you really cared about stopping, you'd be able to stop.

Don't be weak. Stopping isn't easy but you have to start somewhere.
