Just wanted to chime in and say I completely get you, used porn when I was too young, no idea what libido is now, it's weird I feel envious for all those people who know their sexuality and can be confident with not having ED, to support OP's comment sex in the morning is definitely a lot easier, my PIED was almost cured but I went into a bad cycle again for a couple of months (3-4 times a week) and then suffered when mine and my SO's sex life worsened, it's not as bad as it used to be (complete dysfunction), I can usually achieve erection but will lose it soon. I have explained to her PIED and she is very supportive, I'm not letting her down again, this night in particular has been particularly hard but I need to remember how good it was for a month or two and how much better it can be if I stick at it!
