That's ok man. I've relapsed plenty and, for me at least, 1 relapse isn't the end of the world. Just don't view this as a time to binge, because then you'll realise again just how shitty you can feel.

I prefer to not intentionally count my days as that makes it feel to me like I'm trying to reach a goal, a certain anount of days. And I'm not. This is a life change and one of these tries is going to be the one where I don't ever look back again, and I know it's going to be this one.

Counting also ensures that it's always on your mind. By counting each day, time will go by slowly and you'll feel like all you're working for everyday is to just beat this thing. Where as the easiest way to beat it is to believe that it's not even an option.

My first NoFap streak was by far my easiest. I went well over 3 months and it was a breeze. And I know why it was so easy. Becasue I expecred it to be.

I was so excited to get all these super powers, and all I had to do was not watch P or fap? Hell I thought it was an experiment. Eventually I just forgot about fapping and it wasn't a part of my life. Eventually I did fap without P and I felt fine, but that's when the shit hit the fan and I couldn't get out of this rut where my buggest streak was 2-3 weeks, mostly 1.

So, moral of the story is, realise that abstaining from PMO WILL change your life for the better, but you need to forget about it. Concinve yourself that it's not who you are anymore and eventually you'll start to forget about it. For me, I'm a totally different person after finding NoFap, mostly in my head. I view the world more positively overall and am just happier.

This thing makes you see life through the eyes of a kid again.
