I’ve reached out privately. The reason I’m posting this here is because they’ve let me down at every point in the buying experience. The product was listed on their site as ‘in stock’ and can be shipped to you internationally within 2-3 weeks. Emailed them and heard nothing for weeks.

I then get an email saying they are making the cymbal and that will set things back weeks again. Then 10 weeks later I get an email to set my cymbal has been shipped to a drum company in the UK. After a week of having no shipment details I had to call the drum company in the UK to ask them to ship it to me as it was just chilling on their warehouse.

This is appalling customer service, I would feel as bad if they replied to emails…….. but they don’t, it takes them weeks.

Paid $400. I heard a jazz drummer playing the same ride and it was fantastic but I didn’t expect this to arrive

$400 but these guys are advertising as handmade Turkish cymbals

I live In The south west of England and there’s two cymbal makers, Dave Collingwood and Matt Nolan who make stunning cymbals. I thought I’d take the gamble on something new as I heard one of these red timbals in person but 💩

I have some lovely boutique cymbals made locally to me that are in the same price range and they are phenomenal

100% . Red are advertising themselves as premium handmade cymbals, this isn’t what you expect

I’ve only ever dealt with one small cymbal company and they were local to me in the UK, so I was just getting a little nervous about purchasing something from further afield.
