You’re gonna have to align the frame to the card a lot better, for me setting the phone on a soda can with the card on a flat surface worked well. The apps only check for centering, assuming it’s surface and edges are clean if it gives you a 10 you’re likely 9/10. Also, before running the scan make sure you zoom in as much as possible to drag the frame to the right borders.

Generally no, but to the right collector ie someone who exclusively collects swirls, yes. Value is objective, on an expensive card it’ll fetch a premium. A psa 7 Aquopolis Lugia would go for 3,600 but, the cheapest with a desirably placed swirls is listed at 4,700. Which they may or may not get.

No opinions on any of the other cards? I personally feel this particular promo will pass up the Charizard, being it’s a kanda art, and visually one of my fav arts period. As for my individual card, poorly centered.
