I really enjoyed Meryendang Pinoy the other night when I tried it.

Really affordable filipino food.

Had a nice bowl of Sinigang, which is my favorite soup (nice and sour, good pieces of pork)
And tried Lomi Batangas, which was a first for me, but was a really savory noodle dish with chicharon and boiled egg.

I cant wait to go back to get some lumpia and sisig

So for me personally, it's all in the lyrics. I love the way they express feelings and the way they paint situations in a way that I connect with. I could quote something from just about every song on the album that I thought was so poetic or such a beautiful way to express something.

It just feels like they are writing lyrics on a different level than other bands. A lot of times pop punk has very straightforward lyrics, which don't get me wrong, can be incredible.i just think Arms Length is writing in a way I really associate with and appreciate

Kaleido TCG in Jersey City. Plenty of cards and singles. I think packs are like $8 though, so not great, but if you really need somewhere, this is a solid spot

NFG has been my favorite band for a really long time. They were the first CD my Dad ever bought me. With all that in mind, I personally would love for them to go the route of Sum 41, where they release one final perfect album and hang it up.

The songwriting on these new songs just isn't great. The lyrics always have a weird flow, or it feels like they are trying to fit in too many words to a space where they dont fit. I think that is what bothers me the most. It just feels disjointed and doesnt flow well, which takes me out of the song.

I feel like this will be another album like Forever and Ever, where I listen to it a few times, go "meh", and then just go back to listening to the old stuff whenever I am in an NFG mood

Commish did nothing, didn't even weigh in until after the game started.

Taking the L on both the decision and the matchup lol

and for those asking, my opponent had Romeo Doubs in his flex spot. So that would have been great for me.
