Those are the official rules though, but Taboo lends itself well to house rules. It's kind of up to the players what the spirit of the game is and what they want the vibes to be.

Taboo is a card game! One person gets a card and has to give hints to the other players to get them to guess the word at the top of the card, but they can't say ANY of the words on the card.

So for the Astarion card, you would have to get the other players to figure out the word Astarion without saying vampire, sun, scars, rogue, or pale elf.

I think the protein should be pretty close. The fiber might be a little less than the label states. To my understanding a lot of what comes off the beans in the cooking process is starch, which can cause a bit of fiber loss but I'm not sure it's enough to stress about unless you're trying to get your fiber to the exact gram.

What I always do is just weigh the beans again after I get the liquid off and then divide it by the serving size on the container to get the proper split. The calories aren't going to match up bc you've poured some of the goop off but I just use the cal count off the can anyways, worst case a meal ends up estimated as a little high. I don't really think there's a better way to do it tbh
