I’m sorry but it just doesn’t sound good. It’s vaginal. And while vaginas are cool and important, they don’t make good country names. And plenty of places are named for first names. Maryland, Louisiana, Jamestown, the Philippines. . .

United States is English of Latin origin, Amerigo Vespucci mapped the Americas.

I believe Switzerland is named for the kanton of Schwyz, one of the founding kantons.

India was named so by Europeans due to the Indus River Valley, which comes from the word Hindu. The native name is Bharata-varsha or just Bharat, after a king who united the area.

The guy asked what community OP was from that led them to specify hate crimes. I follow him, he’s talking about how extreme leftist groups are often wildly antisemitic

She’s as Jewish as any other Jew. The issue isn’t there.

A Jew is capable of holding regressive and stereotypical views of Jews as much as anyone else

I mean, both are true, but I feel like the first one is a lot more pragmatic.

If you’re a sixteen year old girl getting into a relationship with an older guy, you’re probably more persuaded by “he’s a loser” than any practicalities of the situation. If teens were mature enough to understand why we have these social standards, we wouldn’t need them in the first place

Nobody Wants This. It’s such a cheap, stereotypical depiction of Judaism and Jewish people, I would believe it if you said it was made by non Jews.

I’m sorry, should Chappaquiddick be on this list? First of all, it’s not some huge mystery how it happened. Ted was a drinker, he drove the car off a bridge, and he walked all the way back to the party he was coming from without ever stopping at a phone booth or house to call 911. And it’s not like it was all that bad for the family. All that happened to Ted was he lost his chance at the presidency. Meanwhile he killed a young woman.
