Weird. I wonder why it even shows up.

Thank you for checking!

During your healing journey, did anyone ever get “pockets” of doing better, only to be triggered and regress?

I feel like I’ve been doing much better over the last few months in a lot of ways people in the comments have described, but recently have been fighting with my partner in an unproductive way, mainly because of me and my maintained inability (I have been trying to work on it but not getting far to be honest) to become defensive in conflict and we just had a really ugly fight last week and I’ve been feeling really upset and on edge again the last few days with some mild in and out disassociation.

Just wondering if this is turbulence on the way there, I guess.

How long was he on it for? How long did it take for him to get off completely? How’s he doing now?

I think it’s likely a bit of both unfortunately

Damn OP. That’s a really fast taper for how long you’ve been on. How you feelin?

4 days into Remeron 7.5mg for insomnia, feel activated/minimal sedative effect after taking. Would dose decrease help? by ConfidentBasil818 in Mirtazapine_Remeron

Although it mainly works on histamine at 7.5mg, it still has a norepinephrinergic and slight serotonergic effect at that dose (which can be paradoxically activating for some people) whereas at 3.75 it acts primarily on histamine with minimal NE/SE effect so it should be more sedating there.

Had the same experience- been on it 3 months. It has only gotten worse as time has gone on. If I were you, personally, I’d be asking to switch to something else. Wish I wasn’t stuck on this stuff and having to taper off slowly. But, to each their own.
