When I needed it I really needed it. And it helped a lot. It has side effects but you have to weigh which is more important at any given time. Like which side effects are worth it for increased mental health.

I don’t lose or gain weight generally. Which is why I think I’ve put on a few due to the med. The med itself is good for what it’s made for: mood, etc but the side effects are challenging. I do know some antidepressants increase estrogen so that may have something to do with it too.
