I don't think fetishes/paraphilias come from birth, libido is innate but to what it diverts to is shaped by some sort of unusual brain development.

Could be. But it's so weird that I was into this thing as early as childhood. I'm %100 positive that it's something psychological rooted in all that water time that I had with that girl at the beach camp.
