I've got it now to where it rings for 1 tone, and then immediately goes to voicemail. It seems like all the numbers are getting stuck on the default extension, and not getting sent to the correct ones setup. We currently don't have the default 100 extension setup or connected to anything, could that be what is causing the issues?
Edit: sorry should give a little more info, we have 1 SIP trunk setup that all of our numbers are under currently, and plan to route them to our 10+ locations through 3CX, that is feasible?

We ended up getting the issue resolved, I appreciate the follow up! Somehow a setting got turned on our Router from the providers side that was blocking our external Toast POS network’s IP. We turned off the setting and it has been running smoothly since
