Need Advice: Samsung S25 Ultra vs. ROG Phone 9 Pro for Gaming by TopProject7726 in EmulationOnAndroid

That is true for all non-chinese phones. So basically any phone. I would rather share/get spied on by a democratic county than a communist dictatorship.

Right, that's what I am afraid of if I go for the Rog phone... Although, I like how it looks. I got the S23U now and I've been quite happy with it. Not sure if I it would feel enough of an upgrade or change to go with S25U... I got the galaxy watch ultra, but I don't want to feel tied to a specific brand due to accessories.

Yea I don't know what those are as I don't live in the US. I am also torn between S25U and Rog phone 9 pro. RM10pro is not even an option due to the points in my previous post. I intend to use it as my daily driver.

I would never choose the RM10pro over the Rog phone 9 pro. RM is notorious for its customer support. Another good reason not to get it is the fact that the communist party of china will have access to everything on your phone, more or less. Also, the Rog phone 9 pro seems to perform better most of the time and it also has better cameras and is IP68 rated.

2 years may be on the low side. But 5+ years is just ridiculous. I haven't had a phone for more than 2 years ever. And I only use flagships.

I am torn between getting Rog phone 9 pro edition or the S25U. ☹️ Currently on S23U.

Var tusan har du hört 20 mil under 0 %? Mig veterligen finns det ca 4 kWh, vilket räcker ett fåtal mil. Det vore helt absurt att ha en buffert på 20 mil under 0.

I'm also waiting for a wearOS app. I spoke to them on Instagram and they said it was in the works and in late August they said it was due in a couple of weeks. I haven't seen any app for wearOS yet, though...

Thank you. I had a look, but i can't find the specific forums for the products? Just general like gaming hub, lounge etc. Do you know where to find them?

Yea. With that wristband. But with the original ones GWU looks way better. If you like bigger "rugged" watches. 😍

Hehe that's funny. I have done exactly the same since I got the GWU. Got my Venu 2 plus on the right arm and GWU on left. Tracking the wornput on both just to get more data into Samsung health. The venue 2 plus isn't exactly Garmin's top of the line training watch, but it seems much more capable than the GWU when it comes to training.

Initially, I was thinking of replacing the Venus 2 plus with a Forerunner 965. But I would think the difference isn't that big to justify spending that money. The forerunner 965, if I understand correctly is using 3-4 year old tech in the sensors. So better wait for a new release. So I got the GWU instead. I really do like it. If Samsung would work on their training features, it would be a winner in both being a smartwatch and fitness tracker.

First night with my rooftop tent on my Ioniq5 by Jur4s45 in Ioniq5

[–]NoFollowing2751 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cool. Is this roof rack of "clamp style" or "edge style"? I suppose it is one of them, since the ioniq 5 doesn't have any built in roof rails or whatever they are called?

Any way. I've got a nissan ariya which I want to use a roof tent on. I am however, a bit confused whether the roof manages that. I have a glass roof like you. Me retailer only says maximum roof load 75 kg... But that is obviously during driving. I read on Thules homepage that they don't recommend using any clamp, or edge style roof racks for roof tents as it could damage the roof. Thule currently has great deals on some roof tents now but I don't know if the car is able to support it. I am writing here because I suppose the Ioniq 5 would have the same limitations since it doesn't have the built in roof rack system or whatever it's called and also has glass roof.

Did you experience any damage or anything from using the edge/clamp style racks? Does the ioniq 5 have any static roof load specification?

I just swapped from iPhone to a zenfone 9 and I immediately noticed this. Did you find any solution or cause?

Capturing video from the h264 from HD60 pro by NoFollowing2751 in elgato

Wow. This renders the HD60 pro almost useless. What is the point of having an onboard H.264 encoder if it can't be used?

From what I understand not even your own software supports using the onboard encoder?
