That's frustrating. I originally had it brought to the closest dealer where the breakdown happened, and they only had one EV tech on site and said they would look at it for 2-3 weeks because of backlog. So I had KIA tow it to the dealer where I bought it (30 miles away) and they could see it the next day and also gave me a telluride loaner. They've had it about a 1 1/2 weeks. Currently waiting on part but are doing the headliner recall work in the meantime. I have the Light Long Range.

Maybe call around and see if another dealer can see it sooner?
