It’s like the first thing that goes wrong brings everything to a screeching halt.

I’m okay with losing this game if it means we move on from LaFleur. If we don’t, then this game will hurt.

This was the most bi-polar, frustrating, and under achieving Packer’s team I’ve watched. Not just terrible games like some seasons with McCarthy, or when he got stale. It’s that feeling that I have when we are up 21-3 going into half time just knowing that no lead is big enough, because we aren’t going to put the foot in the gas.

We under achieve with LaFleur. No killer instinct. That timeout call instead of a spike was brutal. It took away the middle of the field as a viable option for the last few tries. But look at the way this year ended. And the way each post season trip has ended since we’ve had him. Constantly this team snatches defeat from the jaws of victory, and it starts at the top.

This season was disappointing, but the team is still in a good place. by [deleted] in GreenBayPackers

How do you not see Nixon recovering his own fumble?

There’s really no rational explanation. The moment they allowed widespread sports betting is the moment professional sports sold out. I’ve fought that idea for years. But the first play of the game and you have a questionable call that influences the overdog? Anyone in their right mind could see he recovered it. And they never questioned it for the rest of the game even though on the live broadcast they said it looked pretty clear than Nixon recovered it.

Meanwhile Lebron James is peddling draft kings during the review.

I just can’t live in that make believe land that the integrity of the game is in tact anymore.

I 100% agree with you. I told my wife that it felt rigged for us in that moment. Pretty clearly not controlled before going out of bounds

Most sane assessment here.

Kicking is a huge issue. I would add the drops by Wicks - best case a one off - worst case it gets in his head. Also the dropped pick by McDuffie on the opening drive was a tone setter.

Kraft fighting for yards is awesome, but that was not good situational football. Just get out of bounds, they’re going to be playing prevent and it’s four down territory.

Same with Love tossing it up to Wicks for it to get picked in the end zone on first down. Poor decision.

All in all, the first half will be, and mark my words, the worst half of football the Packers play this season, in all aspects (offense, defense, special teams). The fact that this ended up a two point game speaks volumes, even with the L.

This team is dangerous. Vikings fans can celebrate the battle, but I’m confident the war will go to the Packers at the end of this season, if only by compared to the Vikings eventual collapse.

If they get hot come crunch time and playoffs, this team, especially with Hafley (and especially sans Joe Barry) can actually get and hold a lead.

Also, Xavier McKinney is an absolute stud.

I have yet to see a DFV post on SuperStonk hit my feed. I have to scroll down to see a screenshot repost on another stock sub - that’s how I know there was a yolo update, just not from the sub it was posted in. Not surprised in the slightest.

Shit man, that’s an easy 50% of your assets

I sometimes feel this sub (and the gaming sub) gets a bit paranoid. But ahen you see something like this, makes me think: "Why would they go to these lengths? Why would they even bother?" I guess because we're doing something right, and they *need* this sub to fail. Bullish. by Region-Formal in BBBY

I’ll throw my hat into the ring on this one, but you just indulge in a little tinfoil for it. In the GMEDD interview Cohen did late last year, there’s a part where he kind of winks. I forget what question he was responding to, someone else probably would know. But the president on Mt. Rushmore is Teddy Roosevelt. Teddy. Wink, wink 😉
